I live in USA and tipping is embedded in our culture, whenever there is a female waitress I don't want to tip at all but I do because otherwise it will cause a reaction that I wouldn't be able to handle. Any advice on how to not tip foids ?

When you go to a restaurant or so, go to the manager or some higher up and tell them that you want to be serviced by a waiter because you don't want to be falsy accused of sexual harassment or even assault as that "seems to be happening a lot these days".
If they don't understand, I would go somewhere else.

Since it's not mandatory I tip 1 euro if servers were OK and 2-3 if they were good. I try to be respectful. If I sense an attitude and a foid is discriminating me based on looks and not being NT I will request a male waiter or if they are making a fool out of me I will run them over and forth, leave and write a bad review.

I hate tipping, but I grudgingly tip in restaurants where I live because I don't want them to do something gross to my food if I come back.
- If a restaurant in my area, 20%, and on my card - servers often don't report cash tips, so fuck that.
- If I'm in a restaurant that I know I'll never frequent again (say on vacation or a road trip stop) - 15% for foid servers and on my card, 20% for guys in cash (if a server is going to not report tips, I'm going to help a guy out in this)
- Fast food places that have that swivel that fucking ipad on your face to enter a tip: ZERO. Why should they get a tip for simply handing over a fucking muffin
- At airports I move my own luggage around and ignore baggage handlers
- In hotels (I travel for work about 2X a year), I take my own bags to my room. I never leave a tip for hotel room cleaning staff when I leave, I'm not their employer, I'm not the one who should be paying them
- I'm a baldcel who shaves my own head, so the concept of tipping barbers is null in my case
- Some landlords expect tips around the holidays, but fuck that - that crone doesn't get an extra dime
