Blackpill how much can I overdose without dying

just bought some potassium in tablet form 99mg which clearly isn't enough, but how much will I need to take without dying?
and recently I've been bone smashing. I got bruises all over my face. veins are also more visible under my eyes probably lost a lot of fat since I've been stave maxing will also hard maxx when I get a job will probably be homeless so I wont have to pay rent and after I finish hard maxing I will abandoned my family to geo maxx to japan
