I need to get back to gymcelling. How do you build up muscle. As a manletI used to, then I started gymcelling.

Do I go from beginners and upwardThe same way as everyone else. You have it easier as a manlet because the same amount of muscle looks like more because it's distributed over a smaller area.

Same, tried the gym for 5 years then stopped being consistent when I didn't see any significant gains. Some few people have said I used to be bigger when I was going but that's not what the mirror showed me at the time.I have thin wrists
Same pheno as me.I never had any muscles.
I'm short But my built is like a tank.

Can’t cope
Not 100 pushups a day but i do have pullup bar. I do notice difference in my muscle definition.Is this how you do it
