The same way as everyone else. You have it easier as a manlet because the same amount of muscle looks like more because it's distributed over a smaller area.

Same, tried the gym for 5 years then stopped being consistent when I didn't see any significant gains. Some few people have said I used to be bigger when I was going but that's not what the mirror showed me at the time.
 
jfl i actually have the ""fighter physique"" but i am extremely small framed so i just look skinny :lul: . doesnt help that my head is fucking huge which throws off my proportions to a ridiculous degree

You can get some improvements very fast if you start gymceling.

Barbell curl with wide grip, push ups, hammer curls, chin-ups, you'll get there
 
I workout a few times a week so no. Stop being lazy
