Yogurt is expensive as shit. But its a good protein source. It keeps my stomach light throughout the day for my desk sitting job. So i make it at home with raw cow milk i buy which is already low fat

Just boil milk and let it cool down and add 2 spoons of yogurt in it leave it for 6-7 hours

I do like greek yogurt but the regular one is like 2-3x cheaper so I buy that one

Greece is our(Italy here) neighbours so is not expensive here at all. Still, i made it at home many times when i didn't find it at the grocery store (i don't buy from supermarkets).
