For brain fog I mean:

1) Lack of concentration/focus
2) No motivation
3) Little energy
4) Inability to being productive
5) Forgetfulness of simple words mid sentence
6) Short term memory problems
7) Difficulty studying
8) Inability to say the right word you want to say and having to say the word close to it that come to your mind

8/8

holy shit, that exactly described me nowadays

is it cureable?

Wtf, I was just thinking about making a thread like this.

All of these apply to me. I feel like I'm on autopilot, always tired and kinda brain dead.

None of it when I'm on my diet, nofap and exercise routine, all of it when I'm not.

That's me lol for real

its defo connected with ADD / ADHD, which i had since childhood, also lack of discipline

but on top of everything, i think 1 year of neetdom just fucked my intellectual levels and brain perfomance

Fogcel checking in. Those are symptoms of your brain and soul atrophying.

Yup due to my internet addiction, sleep deprivation, depression and porn addiction

Holy shit this describes me so accurately it's scary, i really hate the short term memory volatility, like most of time i can't remember when i woke up or what did i eat or did i even eat.
Some times i can't even differentiate days, it's like whole weeks is one big blur.

It's called autistic interia. Even though it hasn't been studied much, it's common within people with Asperger's. Congrats! You're on the spectrum! But I'm assuming you already knew that anyway.

all these symptoms are because of major depression

to fix them you need to fix the cause of what make you depressed, antidepressents probably improve a symptoms somewhat but won't cure you

well, the brain isn't fixed....there is plasticity so if you cure the reason that cause the depression all these symptoms will go away

but if the depression is caused because of looks and the physical flaws can't be fixed then these symptoms will never go away completely

it's so depressing

check your thyroid and gluten intolerance

of course I have it....I have major depression

deing socially deprived is one of the causes and it cant be fixed

2 days ago after i hanged out with normal positive funny people i came back home ready to do whatever

now being in isolation i have this little energy and desire to sleep all day again

we are fucked

Definitely me. Don't see why I'm even alive tbh.

Yup especially up until a few days after drinking too much.
I find that abstaining from booze, eating canned sardines in olive oil and a banana, doing a few pull ups from the staris helps me focus again for a few days until I drink again.

I had no big problems concentrating as a child, but ever since I entered full monk mode and later NEET lifestyle which is full of non-stop internet, vidya, masturbation and no sleep, I feel like I've developed ADD.

Just throw the pc out

I had serious brain fog during college. Barely graduated with a 2.5GPA because of this. Ended up going to therapy during my final year because I knew I was going to fail and my G.I. benefits would run out if I didn't get some outside help. Got put on meds that kept me focused enough to do the work and pass the class.

If I was NEET the entire time I'm sure my brain would've been completely destroyed.

No soda, junkfood, sugar. Limiting my calorie intake to 1600 (since I'm cutting). Also limiting my carb intake to 75gr.

absolutely, so true

in 2016 when my life was a bit better and I had some good things happening in my life, my depression and consequently my brain fog symptoms greatly improved to the point I didn't even notice them (maybe they went completely away).

Recently they reappeared so bad along with my major insanely bad depression....I can't even concentrate to real 2 paragraph.

depression and brain fog goes hand in hand because depression causes chemical imbalances in the brain

diagnosed?

yes when I was 19yo, now I'm 27yo and it's 1000x worse than it was. I'm afraid to even go seeing a shrink. I might shock him with my life

r u workin studyin nowadays?

I only don't have 5, 6 and 8

I have noticed over the past couple months both by spelling skills and vocabulary have deeply deteriated. I have to think for a very long time to remember pretty simple vocab.

Yep I feel like my brain has deteriorated over time.

holy shit i have all 8. part of it owes to my ADHD and ass burgers though.

Self inflicted brainfogger checkin in.

Drugs like weed, alcohol and opioid pain killers will certainly fog your brain right the fuck up!

Holy fuck. Could inceldom be the cause? LOL
Had
Anxiety
Depression
Fatigue
Forgetfulness and memory issues

So many incels seem to have these symptoms it is definitely part of the cause for it.

Describes me to a T. I feel like I'm asleep 24/7, just gliding through life without any self input
