How many of you are Europa Universalis IV cels?

It's a fun game but the mechanics take quite a while to master. I knew them well enough to get by and not instantly die in the first few hours but I can never manage to actualyl build up a good economy or use my monarch points wisely. I don't have that many hours in the game yet though.
