How many inches do men overestimate their height?

I found a study that says around 1-2cm for men in a study setting. But I would like to know the overestimation in a social setting. How much do people on average overestimate their height. Also does their height include the shoes or no shoes?

I hope I’m not overestimating 5’4, probably doesn’t even matter. My mom says I grew since highschool but it’s probably her cheering me up because I vent to her about it, she’s 4’11
