Ambien just makes me fall asleep in 10 minutes, but it won't keep me under longer than a couple of hours.

My sleep schedule doesnt exist, I literally lose track of days sometimes because I pass out and wake up multiple times in a single day/night

Not sure but I feel like I am awake most of the night and get a pain in my neck.
I am relieved at about 6:30ish when it is acceptable to get up.
