Thinking about starting to go to the gym. I know it’s a cope but since I lost my job and no school I might as well instead of LDARing at home.
So how long does it take for you to gymcel before you start noticing your clothes fit a little better?

4-5 months to see real results

Small milestones should be met within the first few months

Depends on G E N E T I C S

Depends on how fat you are. I could tell a difference after a month, but I’m still a fat ass so it will take a while.

Just get better fitting clothes

It took me perhaps half a year to gain 20 LBS of muscle that looked good enough to attract attention.

It depends on your genetics, race, age, nutrition, sleep quality, knowledge of weightlifting, so forth.

20lbs of muscle in half a year? Those are super juicehead tier gains.

There's no clothes for your face

JFL @ the state of this forum.

The weak-willed will always make excuses to downgrade the success of others.

Don't let that deter you, OP.

Self-motivation is vital in gymcelling. Good luck.

3 Month difference for me, from 171lbs to 204 lbs. I was on 500mgs of test/wk for 12 weeks (the test took like 4 weeks to even kick in).

Not the greatest comparison pics cause lighting differences and I'm closer in the before pics which makes it look like I gained less size then I did but you can see the big difference in shoulder to waist ratio. I look sooo much better in clothes now.

Before after front flex

Beforeafter back

I assume it would have taken me a full year without the test but idk

Depends on your frame, your body fat level, your genetics, the quality of your nutrition and intensity of your exercise. For me it took 2-3 months for people who know me to start noticing and about a year until they wouldn't talk to me about anything else other than weightlifting. As for looking good, foids are the only arbiter of that and as far as I can tell they never thought I looked good.

If you are stocky then I would advise AGAINST the gym and it can lead to fat gain making it harder to fit into slim fit t-shirts and jeans (a look women find attractive). Yes you heard that right I've seen fat women and mens health WORSEN, with high blood pressure, obesity as a result of the gym.
Google somatotypes for ths science that the gym is just genetics so don't bother.
The "fitness industry" uses shady business practices on an industrial scale, and it's no coincidence many personal trainers also have criminal convictions before, during and after their careers in PT as its the same mindset of doing harm to clients.

Cut out refined Sugar, white bread, flour, soda pop, coffee, alcohol, junk food, cheese, junk meat and diary milk. Cut out take out food completely or to one "cheat meal" per week.

Eat All Bran for breakfast with almond milk or water with fruit salad, drink mineral water, eat salad, eat jacket potatoes and then good cuts of beef or chicken meat with something like asparagus.

Don't eat pork or anything takeway.

Do this minus the gym you'll look good in clothes as the pounds drop off.

Depends on how you see yourself. I know I'll never be able to look how I want, no matter what I do, I'll always be fat.

What kind of pseudo science cope is this? The gym never made anybody fat. That would be diet. If you're an endomorph type person you just need to be careful what you eat.

Why would you say that? have you tried eating less? :feelswhere:

Maybe you'd like to actually google and read what I posted first. Rather than barking like some low-IQ liberal lacking insight or critical thinking skills.

Somatotypes are a peer reviewed and accepted sports science classification of body and genetics by WH Sheldon.

https://www.google.com/search?q=somatotypes&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b

9 times out of 10 most "weight loss" clients who say they want to lose fat tend to fall into the Endormorphic category. Lets look at that more closely (since you're too lazy to google for 5 minutes).

The endomorph tends to gain weight and keep it on. Their build is a little wider than an ectomorph or mesomorph, with a thick ribcage, wide hips, and shorter limbs. They may have more muscle than either of the other body types, but they often struggle to gain it without significant amounts of accompanying body fat.

So yeah its a real "psuedo science" despite being peer reviewed and established science that gym is indeed genetic.

Oh and I lost over a stone in weight by not going to the gym. Simply cause as an Endormorph (stocky) man myself I realised I was gaining too much accompanying fat due to my build and genetics.

The bottom line is if a fat person "works out" they are just throwing gasoline on the bonfire.

I think the most important bodily thing to look good is to have a wider shoulder width than hips. As I hear the amount you can enlarge your shoulders through workouts is pretty weak. However, I read military presses and pull-ups are good for building shoulder mass. Here's some body-builders arguing about the possibility of building shoulder width.

And then some guys, like David Copperfield, wear ridiculously large shoulder pads to exaggerate the effect.

If you're ugly muscles won't save you though.

Self improvement is a waste of time

Holy fuck you're thick.

Peer reviewed? I doubt it but I can guarantee you without even looking that no recent studies have shown this myth to be true. Somatotypes don't exist, there is no scientific evidence that they do. This is literally just a wack theory from the 1940's. People just use it because it's convenient to be able to generalize people who look a certain way.

Accepted sports science? Wtf are you talking about, everyone in sports science knows this is a myth.

Yeah people who fit the endomorph generalization have to be more careful about what they eat, but the gym in itself will not make you fat. That is absolute BS and you have no clue what you're talking about.

I wear shirts over my dress shirts to look normal and hide my wrists and inhumane body. Worst part is I kinda gym-cel, debating which anabolics for muscle gain work on Amazon

6 months minimum and continued

Haha, this.

But let's forget about face and focus on body. It depends where you are now, OP. If you are overweight, it will take a long time to get rid of the fat.
But let's assume you are skinny or skinny-fat and just got your gym membership. If you have someone to teach you how to eat and train, it will take only half a year to get a nice body. If you are on your own and have to learn from mistakes, it might take 1 year or even 2 years, depending on talent and your experience with sports.

To really get a muscular look it might take 3 to 4 years of training imo. (Everything without roids).

4-5 months if you're on steroids.

5 years if you're natty

Nice :feelsokman:.Im planning on taking test soon.
Once i Have a part time job

It took me a couple of years and still have some work to do (that’s because I have shit genetics). But as I’m a manlet, I’m screwed even if I develop a six pack and 5% body fat

1 year including fat cut and volume gain (I did them separately).

My Dad did this but used soup rather than water for his mid-day fast.

Works.

Perfectly said.
Keep at it, it's worth it.

Working out and gaining muscle while being fat will still help tremendously though. The muscle pushes out fat but changes your proportion.

Now I know you're trolling, you fuck.

Where's your peer reviewed study?

I have seen the empirical evidence, studies and witnessed the ineffectiveness of the gym in tackling fat or obesity.

I even asked personal trainers who tremble at the mention of somatotypes as they know full well their suckers clients are fucked with an Endomorphic body type.

Fat people are born fat and stay fat.

The only hope for an Endomorph is to starve themselves through strict calorie counting- or is the concept of "calories" a psedueo science too?

Having a spongebob squarepants avatar as someone over the age of 5, no wonder you are a virgin.
