There is a cycle whereas users will leave and new users will arrive. Out of the many new users only a select few would be actual incels aside from the infiltrators trying to plant bait threads or fakecels arriving to brag and etc types of normies.
Realistically many get bored of seeing the same water threads and start to grow inactive overtime.
