They’re so hard to find now thou because they all got recycled. I finally found a pentium 3 was so excited and then the motherboard crapped out right after. Probably because it was a dell

I have a Dell Optiplex with Pentium 4 that still works, an iMac G5 and a Compaq Presario with AMD Athlon 64.

If you have a modern PC, you can use VirtualBox (Windows) or VirtManager + QEMU (Linux), or use PCem to emulate an old PC.

You can install DOS and Windows 3.11 on it and play around with that.

the only good versions of windows, I guess 2000 and XP were tolerable. All of them were an utter security disaster, but at least they looked nice and were relatively lightweight. Until Vista came along

NT 4 and 2000 were better than 98 since it was still based on DOS.
