How is your life going to get worse?

So, my life sucks right now. But it is going to get so much worse with time. Technically I'm still in my prime now.
- I live in a country with a very crappy economy, I have no skills and I blew my nest egg abroad, dropping out and now I have a useless degree in a shitty field in my home country. So I'm at a dead end job making no money.
- I'll have no savings. 100% of my money goes to utilities, food and helping my parents with rent (can't afford to live alone).
- My parents are getting older. Dad is 69 years old already. Mom has (for now) benign tumors in the thyroid gland.
- I'm getting older. 25 and I already have heart problems, pancreas problems (from being a recovering alcoholic).
- My metabolism will only get slower, so I will get even fatter.
- I'll bald even more but I guess at this point I'm already pretty much bald.
- All I do when I'm not working is lay in bed with my laptop. I'm already starting to have back problems. My vision is already very impaired, I expect that to get worse.

Why would cigarettes ever be banned? People dying when by retirement age is very much in the interests of the government/rich.

Every day you are alive it's getting worst. Another day another reasson to feel bad. And you live in country with shitty economy so just like me you can't ever get rich unless by luck. We are living corpses viewing the world go by.

We are modern day slaves indeed. We have to work our ass off for minimal wage and even if you spent your money you saved you can't ever be happy.
