Arizona has what is called vertical integration so they own almost the entire production process and they have very good deals on shipping. Also they are NOT a publicly traded company.
Since they publicly announce the price as so low it forces their retailers to keep the prices down.

But, owner is not a greeyd asshole who psychotically believes in an eternal growth curve and is satisfied with a sustainable business model, in addition to what others have stated.
The owner recently stated that the company is doing great and there is currently no need to raise the price.
