You should get into rc cars. It’s a very underrated hobby. You can build tracks for them in your house or backyard. There are also rc tracks all over the US. It’s not really a kid thing it’s mostly for adults like nerds and some mechanic type people. Women are pretty much nonexistent in this hobby. You can get a good entry level rc car like a Traxxas Slash for $250. It’s much cheaper than real cars. There’s lots of different rc cars. You can buy ones that do 150mph+. I like the off road style rc cars the most which can do massive jumps.

240+km/h
That's a good speed for the glorious German Reichsautobahn.

anything RC is expensive as fuck and breaks

Traxxas Slash cost less than a video game console and the parts aren’t that expensive. It also doesn’t break often.
i have one and the motor on it is squeaking
what should i do?

If it’s still within warranty you can get them to fix it for you. You can try contacting the customer support. You can also buy some second hand motor on eBay for cheap to replace it. I have the worst motor. It’s the brushed one and it still feels fast enough.

i looked online and it says to take an air compressor and blow it into the vents on the motor while revving it, didn't fix shit, so the motor's probably cooked

Is yours the brushed or brushless one?

Yes!!!!! I have a collection of most Traxxas cars. I have many nitros and 2 Xmaxx 8s truck that I missed and jump 50 feet high!

I was really into collecting hotwheels and other miniature vehicles as a hobby when I was younger

I was as well. Then it progressed into owning a bunch of awesome Traxxas radio control vehicles including the best one, the Xmaxx 8s

I liked collecting model cars and vehicles in general. It was fun to collect dioramas of tanks and planes.

Yeah, I was into 1/18 scale model cars. It gets a bit boring though. You simply can never get sick of radio control cars that can go over 60 miles per hour and do 50 foot high jumps without breaking. Plus, it’s fun to take them apart and go to the hobby shop to buy parts when they do break

I liked those small wind up cars that went further the more torsion you applied to their springs. They were always fun to play with.

Those are cool. Have you ever seen what a hobby grade rc car can do? Forget if you saw this or not, but this is what I do with mine:

I would try constructing larger obstacle courses and see how intricate I can make the tricks
Can’t in that yard, because it’s the cabin yard I keep nice, but I would if I had another property to dedicate to it. I can already do backflips, front flips, double backflips, and level jumps with the current ramp. That truck goes 60 mph too and has a 10 horsepower electric motor. Stuff breaks at times, but you can buy all the spare parts and fix them

My backyard is pathetically tiny so I can't do anything in it other than the stereotypical barbecue

That’s how many yards are in the town I live in. The place the video was taken was at our cabin in the countryside where there are less people and properties are bigger
