Here’s how I lost my motivation to be physically active I’ll start off with how much I get injured I get to many injury’s and when I’m injured I just end up feel mentally fucked up about myself. Back when I was more physically active I felt as if though my ocd symptoms would ruin the physical activity’s I’d do.

The worst experiences I’ve had with other people in sporting community’s has caused me to loose motivation for being physically active I’ve been belittled and ripped off for trying to do the sports I wanted to do I can’t stand the guys who will act like they’re better than me and tell me I’m week.

I don’t have much self confidence for being active the unwanted attention I get from people Who have a problem with me for being active just contributes to my anxiety and I get scared of getting in trouble for just going out side to get some excersize.

Other people who do the same sports as me are so much better than me at what they’re doing they also look so much better than me and it just feels embarrassing to even be in the same place as people who are better looking than me and doing the same sport as me.

I wish I could just remove my conscious from my own body while I get excersize so that my conscious could be in a simulated world while some ai programming device would be controlling my body to get it to excersize for me.
 
My poor sleep and lack of energy makes me not want to exercise.
 
Seems like you genuinely want to improve yourself but it takes years of failure and resultant mockery. IMO, would suggest you keep going and act like a bluepilled soy rather than give up straightaway. The blackpilled mindset doesn’t help losers because we’ll just ldar at the starting line instead of reaching mediocrity.

But it’s also your environment. Hanging around with people who gigamog you is a recipe for pain
