I have a lot of problems actually tbh. But I will fix mandible first because I think it can have a huge impact.

First make sure your maxilla is good. See if you can move maxilla around then mandible and then other stuff.

Move the biggest pieces of bone around first.

My main problems are basically:

- unaesthetic nose (maybe fixed through mandible advancement
- shitty hair/high hairline & big forehead (dunno if I am balding but technically I shouldnt)
- acne scars which are basically holes in my skin, havent found a treatment for that yet

Also I am manlet (5"9) and wristcel

Hoping to get to a 6/10 facially and then just continue gymcelling

Lol your height is fine. If you're a wristcel, it means that your frame probably isn't great, sadly. But if you can looksmax facially to 6/10 that would be great. Yeah let me know.

I do have a chance. I have soft tissue which means that surgery can save me and all of my flaws are easily fixable. Planning to get a canthoplasty (my eyes are SLIGHTLY negatively tilted and have somewhat of a droopy look), a rhinoplasty, browridge implant, orbital rim implants, upperlid fillers, and maybe bright ocular to change eye color. Pretty confident that i’d ascend. Also, i’m already tall with a god tier frame.

Unless i get my new nose, my posibility of getting lucky one or two times in college is like 8%.

Maybe, but it'd just be a general pessimism thread, and I've been through enough of those to know that almost no-one has the right idea and they won't be convinced through words. It's a life experience thing.

My situation? I'm a loser that lived happy keeping his head down until I developed multiple chronic illness and now shitposting isn't even enjoyable. What's worse is that I've been catapulted in the normie world because I'm depending on them to help me. So far, not so good. Not looking for sympathy, just kinda fell on black days.
