It's pretty bullshit tbh. On TV they make it look like Americans all live in either New York City or west LA, but in reality most of us live in either bullshit cookie-cutter suburbs where every house is identical, or rural drug-addicted hillbilly hellscapes. The reason why we all own cars is because there's never anything interesting to do near your house.
