Serious How does a FA/Incel/Unemployed/Socially-Isolated MAN find a place to rent?

Im in my early 30s (turning 32 in a few months), parents are in their 60s now. It seems the time is coming closer that they wont be around, and I'll eventually have to find my own place to live.

I have a decent amount of money saved up (enough to pay rent/bills/food for a few years), and I also get a autismbux payment every 2 weeks which is for life. I also have 0 debt. The thing is though, how would I actually get a place and prove I can pay the rent if I have no job? Would showing a landlord a statement of my savings account be enough?


Also - What about renting out a spare room in someones house? I have seen this, but of course most of the ads put up for this request FEMALE only, why is this? Why would you want some woman in your house, who'd probably be bringing home violent chads and tyrones who would probably disrespect your house.....why wouldn't these people just prefer a shut-in incel that stays in their room and keeps to himself?

As autist, you're basically screwed. Nobody would rent you. Don't even think to rent with nt people, they'll never accept you (same if you're ugly).

Why they prefer female? Isn't obvious? They're more fun to be around. Men are very lonely and they would love to have the illusion of a company.
Decades ago, females had to get sex to get free rent (and many other advantages).

I have no car (so no insurance/registration/gas needed), don't do drugs, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't drink coffee, etc, so I can live pretty fucking frugally, also I don't eat out or ever order food, I cook all my own meals, eat chicken breast/beef/rice/pasta/bread/veggies/fruits.

Not allowed to drive with the sensory issues I have with sight/sound/smell. Never really cared about it because I don't go anywhere. I just use uber any time i need to get anywhere, which is maybe once every few months at the most.

I highly recommend not doing this. I've done it before, and the landlords expect you to have a full time job so you won't be in the house all day. They also probably won't let you use the kitchen or washing machine, and they have strict cleanliness rules. And they will look down on you for being incel. My former landlord's wife laughed at me for not having friends. She's lucky I didn't deck her in the face. If you're gonna rent while being on welfare, get a government subsidized studio apartment, as they will allow welfare.

If you have a sizeable amount, they will allow it. But they will favor someone with a job over you. Getting an apartment is almost as competitive as getting a job. All factors come into play, such as looks, money, and your personality. A thug with money cannot get an apartment in a decent area. They are forced to rent in the hood from slumlords.

I was gonna suggest a campervan until I read that the authorities restrict you're driving.

My plan is to save up and buy a decent campervan with toilet and shower.

I am 30 and my mom is kicking my ass about moving out but I honestly can't see how I will ever rent somewhere.

I am long term unemployed like you are. I have no friends and no life. I honestly think if I have to leave home I will end up homeless as I can't stand filling out forms etc.

I honestly can't see the point of paying 100s per month just for a miserable basic room to live in and all that money going into a black hole when 10k could get me my own home on wheels.

Obviously there will be insurance, vehicle tax, yearly safety inspection, grey water and poo cartridge disposal costs but it would be a much better experience than rotting in some bare unfurnished room somewhere.

I would just need to make sure I can set up a secure station for a full desktop gaming PC, then I'll be sorted for life!
