Depends on your rank
Higj Diamond to Low masters has a good concentration of relatively high quality foids. There's a garuanteed foid every other game. If you're good they might even add you to simp for you.
Below diamond you will only find femtards and jbs.
High masters foids are ideal imo. Most of them are desperate af for GM and will suck your dick for a boost and a lot of them are actually decent at the game so it won't make you wanna break your keyboard playing with them.

Tips:
1. Be talkative
2. If you find a foid on the enemy team spawn kill, solo ult her and bully her. Add her after the game
3. Play quick play. It's obviously gonna be boring af but you meet a lot of foids there who will introduce you to their group of foid friends so you will meet even more foids. This is legit key.
4. Final tip, should be obvious but BE GOOD AT THE GAME

This is the problem with competitive.
The foids you meet there are highly likely to be taken. Most foids are not confident enough to play solo even if they claim they do. Deep down they know they are boosted healsluts.
They only play comp when they know they have a male carry to duo with.
But in quick play you will meet a lot of foids grouping with other foids, boom gold mine. They wouldn't do this in comp because more than 1 foid = garuanteed loss in most cases and they themsrlves know this.
