Front to back, dry tissue, wet tissue, dry tissue, repeat as needed. Sitting so as to keep things "opened up" to try and avoid any sort of stray leakage during the day. I do it for me, to imagine I can deserve to have an escort eat my ass while another takes my load in her face one day.
