Many foids believe that the prototype of this character is the victim of the murder case "Black Dahlia". Many fan-artists have refused to continue creating fan-works related to miHoYo's games after this incident. Here are their viewpoints:
"This character not only has the same code name as the case's common title, but also the character's real name "Consalvia" is similar to the name of the female lead in the related film "Blue Dahlia". The recurring black flower imagery in the character's special effects and decorations echoes the non-existent "black dahlia" symbol in reality. What's even more disturbing is that the character's action details and lines also seem to correspond to the details of the victim's right chest being damaged and wearing a strange smile in the case. What's even more disturbing is that this game character is portrayed as having a sexually suggestive "Succubus" image, and the violent unsolved case fragments are fragmented and symbolized in a "soft pornographic" way."
