An incel should limit themselves to social contact as much as possible. If they come to you, you'll try acting normal and eventually you'll say something cringy or gay and they'll stop talking to you, then you'll have to cope and pretend you purposefully warded them off with "psychological skills". So yeah, don't talk to normies if you do, keep your conversations short and uninteresting.
