Serious How do you cope with the blackpill?

I am not talking about the ugly part, but the fact that I am fully self aware now,
before I took the blackpill I had hardcore coping mechanism and didn't care much even though deep down I knew everything
but now that I understand everything, and know when brain starts to cope literally destroys me mentally
