Im angry 24/7 at how unfair life is but Im not able to express it really so I just swallow it in a way. Can anyone give me advice on how to cope with anger better? How do you deal with your incel rage?

Yes. I play COD mobile. I have alot games on my phone but currently playing grim survival and CODm
LDARing helps. Other then that you don’t really deal with incel rage you just let it run it’s course and It’ll turn into depression again.

The things that help me are:
1. Going for a walk or run
2. Listen to Pink Floyd.
3. Play a video game
4. Lay in bed and just concentrate on breathing.
The most important thing to remember is to not make important decisions while you are angry.
