As a tall bignosecel, I can attest to the above.
It's a shame, because without my nose, I would actually be an above average normie. If I look a femoid dead in the eyes, my nose is unmissable. I remember avoiding eye contact when I was a youngcel and this was one of the reasons.
But surgerymaxx wasn't affordable when I was 16-21 (I was obsessed with my nose) now at 30 it's pointless anyway.
