I get an immediate fight or flight response from them
only if I look at them directly, if not they don't even know that I exist, I'm invisible to them.
They look away
Complete indifference, sometimes disgust. They cross the street to not walk by me. I think that is more because they are creeped out by me than because I’m super ugly
They approach me and look at me like some kind of God. Sometimes they even touch my arms

My stacy coworker had an ick when i looked in her eyes
Complete indifference. Once I got caught looking at a girl's huge ass and I think she liked the attention, but after that she was completely indifferent so I assume that was not a sign of interest.
