If I’m still incel at 30 I’m probably going to kill myself but I’ve seen oldcels who are 30+ and still alive, how do you do it? I’m serious, I need to find a way to cope or it’s not looking good

I think all oldcels become alcoholics or are stoners. I haven’t seen any other way of coping unfortunately. A lot of cels turn to alcohol, but i’d advise you don’t

I'm an oldcel by your definition of 30+, I will never rope by myself in my room since to me I am a decent human being, it's just society that says I'm not. I focus on my hobbies and try my best to avoid the half naked whores all over the internet, jerk off infrequently. Don't go out much unless I need to.

Personally I gymcel, guitarmax and focus myself on learning new languages and skills
i also enjoy cooking and eating healthy

Other than that I cope this way
