How do I stop thinking about my height? It always ruins my day and not motivates me and makes me suicidal…. Please help

you're still taller than a fair share of noodles. it is detrimental to your well being to constantly occupy your brain with intrusive negative thoughts about things you cannot do anything about. perhaps you need to come to terms with the fact that it's over for you both romantically and sexually, but i don't know your other stats, etc. a good looking rice in riceland can get someone even at 5'4.
