Try AJATT or MIA and go balls to the wall with it, convincing yourself that all you're allowed to do now is consume Japanese media in Japanese because you need it.
I think a lot of people learn English well cause they need it to get access to a lot of stuff, like this site for instance kek, so they kinda get a leg up on native English speakers who don't really need another language cause of how widespread it is. With Japanese you could blackpill people on 2chan or something or visit japan comfortably, keeping stuff like that in mind, how you'll be able to use it once you know it well, will motivate you.
I too am learning Japanese. Now with college however I dont spend much time taking the email lessons I found. I hope to go back to them when I have time
Tbh. I plan on moving to Japan and weldmaxbased
Same partially, but I only know English since I'm American kek. I'm trying to learn to understand German, thoughI learned English as a kid by playing video games lol

I don't think it's something you can force. You either have the motivation or you don't. If you don't, don't beat yourself up about it, because it's ultimately not within your control.@i_a_m_i thoughts?
