Read up on various religions and schools of philosophy. Do so with an open mind and a genuine wish to understand. You cannot fill a glass that is already full and all that. Also do some psychadelics, it will all make far more sense then. These things tend to be rather symbolic in nature and to an untrained mind it will appear like straight up gibberish. It is not meant to be taken literally. Pick a specific current of thought once you are satisfied and stick to it no matter what. Is it a cope? Perhaps, but a damn good one if it is so.

If you have to ask for guidance for attaining some external mental framework, then it is more than likely you will never truly absorb and abide by the rules that govern the worldview.

People who are spiritual are almost always born into positions where spirituality is preached. If you try to shift your current framework to fit the structure of spirituality, I doubt you’ll truly believe what it is you’re trying to achieve.

Start looking into Orthodox Christianity, find a local priest and talk to him. Also there is lots of content on YouTube lately. Anything else is blasphemous pagan balooney, nothing worth looking into imo
Also don't expect it to help you get laid or anything worldly, it won't.

I also think Catholicism is the true way or Christianity in general you should read things written by Thomas Aquinas and get near the Church meanwhile
