Blackpill How do I prevent headaches?

I get them almost every week and I can say without a doubt that these headaches play a huge factor into why I could never get shit done, such as working out, doing work, or just enjoying my day.

Does anyone know what causes them or how to prevent them?

If you have seasonal allergies, it could be the cause of it
I get headaches from weather changes and when it's about to rain
I take ibuprofen to get rid of them

It's detox. You have to many volatile toxins in your brain because you inhale toxins every day. Air pollution, chemtrails, perfume etc. It's also lack of sleep. Salt is also a big culprit. Move away from the cities, eat clean, get fresh air. Sleep well.
