For length, you take a ruler and push it into your pubic bone to get rid of the fat pad as to get an accurate measurement. For girth, you take a measuring tape and wrap it around the thickest part of your dick and see what the number is. Alternatively you could take a piece of string, wrap it around the thickest part of your dick and then mark where both ends meet, cut the rest off the string off and measure the length of that. I personally go with the measuring tape measurement because it gives me a smaller number.
