Serious How do i give up alcohol?

Last night i got wasted again and stabbed my finger with a kitchen knife and now i cant even play games for now

I destroyed a good computer for being a drunkard...

I got banned for being a drunkard...

Only bad things happen when i drink massive amounts of beer and im done with it...

Any ideas on how to give up booze?

Giving up alcohol permanently is damned near impossible. I just cut back drastically. Only on weekends now. I buy a bottle of wine and drink it on Friday and/or Saturday. It's the daily drinking that was killing me. So now, Sunday until Friday night I am sober.

On top of that I'm dieting with intermittent fasting and keto, and daily exercises, and that makes it tough to fit in any sort of heavy drinking routine.
