Hey brocels, I will be honest with you.
in the last few months my loneliness has destroyed me so much that i have sought my distraction in food. often goyslop. in any case, i have unfortunately become fat.
i have a height of 5'5' (1.65m) i weigh 75kg, or 165lbs. I don't have a huge belly, I'm just slightly chubby and round in the face. How can I lose weight again? Whenever I feel bad, I always reach for sweets.
I am desperate

p.s.: i hate gym
 
Cut back on the sweets and engage in more physical activity, but don't go too hard on yourself.
 
the gym won’t make you lose weight, your diet will. You can spend 20 hours in the gym everyday and you still won’t lose weight if you aren’t in a calorie deficit. Calorie deficit = consuming less calories than your body burns everyday. Exercising can help with weight loss due to burning more energy and therefore needing more calories to maintain your weight. But the only thing you need to do is eat less.

you don't lose weight by working out, you lose weight by dieting. however, it's hard for most people to let go of eating so much so that's why they do cardio, so they can lose weight while eating the same amount of food.

if you can just eat less food you don't have to do cardio. but it is still a good idea to lift weights so you don't lose all your muscle and end up skinny

can I do muscle training also without gym? in my home for example only with body weight? I just don't want to be skinny fat. because I heard dieting without sport can lead to skinny fatness. because human body will lose muscle weight and not fat.

if you diet you will always lose fat first but after a few weeks you will start losing muscle unless you use them. you will never lose more muscle than fat, dieting without working out will not lead to being skinny fat, but you will probably be skinny

you can at home but you will have to do both push and pull movement exercises, otherwise it will lead to a muscle imbalance and you will have a fucked up posture. you can do a lot with a pull up bar and a couple of dumbbells
 
you just literally have to eat less food , and if you feel the urge to eat , just drink water
