I feel that, i used to get abused way worse then now as a child when my mother was still a drug addict and alcoholic since then its tamed down but used to get wacked or hit everyday of my life till about 13, could only imagine what my psychotic father would have done if not in prison

if i didn't have so many chronic problems i'd try going to the gym myself but its too much work and futile to me, easier to just rot and die faster
