Stimulants (Including coffee) act like diuretics and remove water weight, this should only be done temporarily because it can cause organ damage and is unhealthy. Avoid carbs and excess sodium/salt.

But seriously, lose the fat. Get down to at least 15% bodyfat, 10% if you really want to see results.
