How do i fix extreme input delay in Windows 10 ?

I have now since a while the issue that if i press a key on my keyboard, it only gets registered like 0.5 - 1.5 seconds later, which gets really annoying after a while.

Specs: Radeon 5600 XT, Intel Core i7 8700
