Not even my usual copes are enjoyable anymore. I have nothing that I do, or look forward to.
Does anybody have any recommendations to just enjoy SOMETHING about my life.

But to also answer you, I'd say that that you shouldn't rush anything. You either find things enjoyable or you don't, and in my experience, I've come to enjoy things again just by giving it time and eventually rekindling my interest in that said cope.

We can't even fully enjoy our copes because we have nobody to share them with. And they just feel hollow when you lack a partner. At best, our copes are just fleeting distractions that briefly numb the pain. This naturally leads to burnout when they're no longer effective. Incels have to juggle copes just to stay sane.

Normies get to have real hobbies that compliment and enrich their already fulfilling lives. They get to enjoy their hobbies to their full extent, and they can enjoy them without feeling inadequate.
