LDAR How do i even converse with people? When i have no life experience at 24

I need to get a shitty retail job for now but I can't get over the fact that im a social retard.I have social anxiety just even walking into a store to ask for an application.The fact that i have to talk with future coworkers and pretend that i'm barely human for multiple hours daily makes my mind go numb.Im so sick of being a NEET for the past 8 years.
