There's no way for people like us. Either somehow get drugs like Xanax, zoloft, etc and use them for every social interaction or alcohol (this is at the risk of becoming EVEN more fucked up when you're off the drugs or sober)

It depends on the situation and your involvement. But generally I find that talking about meaningless shit you couldn't give less of a fuck about, but pretend as if you do usually does the trick.

Yeah I only go to the same restaurants and order the same thing for the sake of consistency and minimisation of anxiety. Mcdonald computers are a lifesaver for me tbh

I have my mom order my food usally. The exception is at a restraunt where a waiter takes your order 8n which case i have to say what i want, it causes legit anxiety. I just orderd pizza hut online last sunday and it saved me alot of trouble, just placed the order online then 15mins later pulled up to the drive-thu and paid them, then drove home to eat and rot.
