For me the suicidal thoughts get more or less vivid during the day starting from the morning. Suicidal at work too. Copes have become completely ineffective but I sometimes write anaylses on kino media. I think that's coming to an end as well. I just think it's immensely unfortunate I'm alive because the world is routine and boring at the end of the day.
