How can i easily get lucid dreams ? Most of the tutorials on YouTube are too long for my goldfish attention span
Good way imo is to sleep with loud headphones, if you listen to something interesting you can get some crazy dreams, sometimes you are partially awake at moments.
You first need to be self aware enough that you're in a dream. I semi lucid dream as I just "predict" what's about to happen
Only worked 2 times and I didn't do anything interesting
Lots of cheese before bed and melatonin sleeping meds.

a few times during the day a push your fingers into the palm of the other hand
try to set an alarm a couple of hours before the time you need to wake up
if you interrupt the sleep at that hour and fall asleep after, it will be easier to wake up in the dream
you will notice something "weird" , do that thing with the fingers, if they pass through the palm you will start to realize its a dream
the hardest part its not waking up instantly.

How is cheese supposed to help lucid dreaming ? Also Melatonin only helps you to sleep in, not to sleep through

Good to hear. Unfortunately i only have earphones which easily fall off
If you sleep on the side you can pin it on the pillow.
