How can I eat daily food with all the vitamins and minerals on this list?

Can anyone tell me what daily foods I should eat, and in what amount, to get this list of vitamins and minerals?
Doesn't seem possible to get all these every day.

I take supplements for that and it almost depletes my neetbuxx

I'm going to take a multivitamin in the future. Plus every week I eat atleast 300g liver + 1kg of groundbeef

Cabbage, cold pressed native olive oil, onions, potatoes, egg plant , salad green leafy stuff, garlic, ginger, banana


stuff is all mega cheap if you shop wisely plus affordable to go organic even

i eat meat, eggs etc, infact i love meat, everyday if possible

vegan is only when i am broke and there is still 3-5 weeks till i get cash again or what ever
 
Anyways OP eat meat eggs etc. also add in some fruits like avocados.
