How can I do car cleaning to make money

In my area the Romanians clean outside car for £4 and inside for £10 how do I compete with this I am good at cleaning cars but they have illegal guys working. I want to make money I don't know what I would enjoy doing that will actually have customers. I really need to start making money. How can I do it in the UK.
