Margaret Sanger, Sterilization, and the Swastika
Margaret Sanger was a white supremacist who spoke to the KKK where she said her secret goal all along was to exterminate Blacks. Margaret Sanger might have been worse than Hitler. Margaret Sanger was the Hitler of America. It seems her ideology has killed more minorities; however this seems to have backfired: White birth rates too seem to have been suppressed by her ideology.
