Don't post PII (Personally Identifiable Information). Use one of the banana themes IMMEDIATELY, and still be cautious about browsing this in broad daylight in public.
Other than those obvious points, the rest is a balancing act, if you're gonna share a story about some event, you get to choose the level of detail, but the more specific you are, the more likely it is that someone could recognize you.
