My sleep schedule at the moment is alright, I get to sleep at 2-3 am and wake up at 11-12am.

A month ago though, at Christmas time, it was fucking atrocious. I was pretty much a nocturnal animal, sleeping all day and awake all night. The dinner my dad makes for me was always cold and stiff since it had been rotting for hours.

The only benefit I can see having a sleep schedule like that is the night walks, that is.

Go to sleep around 1-2 AM, wake up at 9-10 AM, but I have occasional midnight insomnia.
 
I can't sleep

It's 1 AM rn, maybe I have some tasks to do, but I bet I don't fall asleep even at 3 AM (I have classes at 7.30 AM)
 
It was at its worst during summer break last year, I was going to bed at 9am and waking up at 7pm, not a fun time
 
Go to bed around 8:30 P.M., get up at 3:30 A.M. for work weekdays.

I sleep 9am-5pm

When I start hitting this sleep schedule my sense of time feels off

I sleep at 10 or 11 and I wake-up at 7.
Used to sleep at 2am when I worked nights.
 
Bed 1:30am, wake up like 6-7am and can't sleep for usually 30-60 minutes, then I get REM sleep from ~7-10am.
 
Very fucked, usually awake all night playing, rotting or whatever, then when sun comes, sleeping til afternoon, same routine until is around 6-8 pm and sleeping, waking up around 11 and repeat
 
Forced to wageslave early in the morning, so forcefully have to adjust to sleeping early.
 
I either sleep at 4am or 12am on days where I need to wake up I wake up at the moment where I need to stand up or else get in trouble for free days I wake up whenever the fuck I want

This schedule roughly has been going on for 4 days, before this I was waking up at like 5pm
 
Currently it’s good but it’s usually quite bad and inconsistent

That's relatively normal for me.
 
My sleep schedule was super screwed up (up all , sleep all day) until I got a light therapy lamp recently. Now my sleep schedule is normal (go to bed around 11 pm, wake up at 7 am everyday).

If you rarely get outside in the mornings like I do, you probably need light therapy if your sleep is screwed up. Start using the lamp 30 minutes every day at the time you want to wake up. Or you could just, like, go outside, but we incels don't go outside much.

Decent. Similar to yours, but I typically wake up at 10-11am. My sleep schedule is pretty consistent most of the time, assuming a stay away from caffeine in large quantities or late in the day.

thats what it usually is for the past 3 months but this week i’ve been just waking up whenever and then going back to sleep so like i fall asleep 5 times a day now
