How bad is the film industry in your country?

Tbh I think Spain has to have one of the worst film industries in Europe. Most movies are very unfunny normie comedies full of regional tropes (so they only make sense if you live in Spain), celebrity cameos and wokeism like foid and LGBT characters being the voice of reason and anything slightly right wing a punching bag. Also a shitton of biased civil war movies from the republican (commies, socialists and anarchists) side which are basically propaganda.

Not happy with just making bad films they also cost a lot of taxpayer money since the government actively subsidizes movies because "muh culture" but then those very same movies are always box office flops and have losses. Each 5 years approx there's something interesting but other than that it's all the same shit.
