Terrible. At work I tried learning something new and it took me forever. Then got mad and told my dad that I’m a lonely person and nobody ever talks to me unless they want something. He didn’t listen and tried to guilt me proving my point. Then got a text from my sister asking for something which proved my point again. Suicidal feelings have been gone a long time but are slowly returning.
