Eg. How does any man bench press twice his weight?

I'm 5'7" 140 lb and the most I have been able to do 6-8 reps of is 50 lb dumbbells in each hand. I've been the gyms for years of my life and read entire books on fitness and diet.

If i eat more to get bigger I just get fatter and my strength stays the same. Eg. I've gone up to 160 lb this way but just started looking gross with no benefits.

I honestly don't understand. How the fuck are normal men so strong?

Its called bulking and cutting. After you gorge and get fat ur supposed to lift hard and eat less.

Genetics determines the majority of your life, strength just so happens to be one of those things.

How could you possibly be that weak, do you have a medical condition?

It's very much about genetics. Obviously, you need to excercise properly and eat well, but there is a limit set by your DNA. That is simply a fact.

I can barely deadlift 120% of my body weight and I have been doing deadlifts for 18 months now regularly. I even tried to eat A LOT but just like you - at some point I either start getting fat or even sick from the protein.

You must be low iq or something...how the fuck can you be gymcelling for years and not increase your strenght continously?

Same way chimps are far stronger than humans, despite being smaller. Genetics, your bones construction and how muscle tissues are connected to them.

Genetics. I lifted for 2 years, gained 30 lbs, still can't bench over 135 lbs. I know guys who bench more than my max in their first day in the gym

I know right, I've never lifted but neither did them when we had an armwrestling and they still crushed me every time.

This actually can happen. It can be due to wrong technique, bad diet or just genetics. There is a limit that you can hit and for some people this limit just is pretty low.

But, you should always give it at least a year or two and get some coach to guide to.

Many people give up after few weeks, before they have even learned the technique or started eating enough.

Low T. If you have the testosterone levels of a woman, you will struggle to gain muscle.

Wrong technique and bad diet is low iq.

Bad genetics ok...but this guy probably.doesny even know when to bulk amd when to cut and how it influences your body

Genetics. I have skinny arms, but I beat almost everyone at arm wrestling.

I was around 115 lb when I finished high school. My first two years of university I ate and lifted like crazy to get to 135-140 lb or so but my strength and muscle mass has never gone past that point in the over decade now since. All I get if I eat more since is fatter.

Exactly.

I met a guy at the gym, who did on his very first deadlift 350 lbs. On the very first! He was weightlifting already, but never deadlift.

I must have done like 10 000 deadlifts myself and I can't do more than 260 lbs.

For some of us, our DNA simply doesn't allow the muscles to get much stronger.

Bulking and cutting is a meme for people with fantastic genetics. I've done extensive calorie counts on myfitnesspal during bulks and cuts.

Bulk = get fatter while strength stays the same.

Cut = lose as much muscle as far so your body fat never improves and you can't get ripped.

This is actual life. Lived it many times.

Do series of 1-3 reps, that's what you need for bulking... And a shit ton of protein and sleep.

Fakecels, fakecels everywhere. Hurr durr I can bench 200lbs but I'm incel brah I swear...

No you fool...the bulk is so you can gain more strenght and pay less attention to appearance..

Why would you increase fat without increasing strength??? Are you cereal?

It's not low IQ, it's just not having learned it yet. You need someone to explain the stuff to you PLUS it works differently for everyone. Some guys don't need to take any supplements and they grow.

Myself, I have to take proteins and creatine to even lift my own weight or a bit more.

To do it properly, you should actually get a paid coach for the few first weeks, but that's expensive and if ure a weak Incel, you're maybe even too shy. Maybe it is intimidating enought to even go to the gym, even without asking for help.

I've been working out for a year now with absolutely 0 results <3 :)

Or just...you know browse thr internet find some good instructions and start your journey.

Gymcelling is not rocketscience.

Low T. If you have the testosterone levels of a woman, you will struggle to gain muscle.

My testosterone levels are actually perfectly normal. Had them checked many times. I think it's more an issue of how your body responds to testosterone than the hormone itself.

Eg. The Rock would be huge even if it wasn't for steroids. Steroids just make him even bigger.

You can not be incel and strong at the same time.... fucking fakecels.....

You must be doing something wrong, otherwise you should counsult your doctor, you may have low T. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't do any better currently, but I haven't worked out in 5 years and my right arm is a bit fucked.

No idea then.

Be careful of what your doctors consider "normal" especially in Scandinavian countries.

Yeah jackass only it doesn't work that way if you have shitty genetics. That was my point.

Because it works differently for everyone.

I've gotten fatter myself too, hoping to gain muscle. Done that for 2 months or so. Yet, I barely lifted 5 kg more and then when I decided to lose the fat, my strength dropped as well.

And I am not alone in this, there are people at the gym working their ass off and they look the same for years. While others do lifting for a couple of weeks and become supermen.

Strength is a cope. What matters is that your body is attractive to women. For that height, frame, and the right amount of muscle tone and definition are all that are important.

You can not be incel and strong at the same time.... fucking fakecels.....

I often have no idea how guys can be tall and capable of gaining muscle yet claim to be incel.

Why not just go to the gym and get buff then?

I've fucking tried and spent thousands of hours of my life lifting weights and eating healthy every day. It just doesn't matter because even "just hit the gym bro" requires you to have awesome genetics.

Increase weights by 1.25 kg every 4 weeks. That is strenght increase 15 kg per year and extremely doable.

If you reach plateau..use creatine or other supplement to get u over it.

Again its not rocketscience.

Have you tried increasing protein in your diet? Or maybe you have an iron deficiency or something like that. A lot of gaining strength starts with changing your diet.

I fucking know. So many fucking maycels and junecels here that don't understand.

I had great results with using weight that I can't lift.
Meaning you lift the dumbbell with both hands to max height and then only use one hand to lower it very very slowly with very few reps.
Needs to hurt.
You're strenght will adjust to the new weight and soon you will be able to lift it with one hand.

Counted calories. Loads of whey protein and milk to keep protein at >1 g/lb body mass per day.

Also just LOL at the idiot suggesting creatine. That shit does absolutely nothing. I've gone through entire jugs of it. There is no "get reborn with better genetics" supplement.

No zinc or iron deficiency either. Checked that many times too over the years. Just the nature of being a short framecel skinnyfat indian.

I think there's a reason there are almost no Indians in competitive sports outside of India. And you almost never see a ripped Indian in every day life.

It is rocket science, if you can't lift the extra 1,25 kg after several weeks, or if one day you actually can't lift what you have lifted few days before. And if that repeats.

Does it sound weird? But it happens.

I was stuck at 150 lb bench for over a year, lifting twice a week. And I went through like 4 different types of protein and I am taking iron.

What has helped me recently is creatine, making some very slow progress, laughable at by Chad. Obviously I don't know if this is, what made the difference, but I have no idea what else.

Please just don't dismiss our experience as "low IQ". I have spent plenty of time and money on this shit, made friends at the gym, who even felt sorry for me.

chill out dude i was just trying to help the same stuff doesn't work for everyone

".

You realize how silly that sounds? Ur saying you could.lift 50 kg no prob...but then when it gets to 51.25 kg after training with 50 for weeks its impossible?

People who dont increase strenght after yeats of training are low iq..sorry m8.

But is close to everything. Main benefit of gymcelling is leaning out your face and giving you a better leaner frame, moreso than gaining muscle and strength.
This. When I used to work out, it didn't do anything for me. Strength doesn't fix a shitty face and being a complete imbecile socially.

Dude just work on your personality and make an effort more. I swear you'll improve with women every time you try until one day it's effortless. You just gotta believe in yourself and put in the work. You'll get there for sure I promise.

Normal testosterone levels are poorly defined. All these guys would be considered in the normal range when they're clearly not.

The Rock is black/Polynesian. Blacks have naturally higher T levels, guessing Polynesians do to.

Thats a skewed analogy and you know it.

70 kg bench with 2-4 reps was my max for over a year. On a good day, I did 5 reps. On a good day, I tried adding 1-2 kg. On a bad day I barely lifted 70 kg again. At one point I managed to climb to 2 reps with 75 kg. Then within 6 weeks I dropped to 70 again (I started eating less).

You are not supposed to add weight until you correctly lift the previous weight, preferably with 4 reps or so.

Then after over a year I somehow started doing more full reps and was able to add weight monthly up to 80 kg.

It is just hard to imagine that I was "retarded all the time and it was only in my head".
